Xero - How to handle dishonoured direct debit payments

If a direct debit payment is dishonoured (e.g. due to insufficient funds), please follow the steps detailed on this page:

After which, the deleted receipt would come through to DotGolf and increase the member’s balance, effectively reversing the payment.
