Sending a Course Closure App Notification
Please note that each club is limited to 10 app messages per month. You can also send an email directly to all players in the Tee Sheet for certain days via the communication tab. There are no limits on emails sent from the platform.
1. Go to the Tee sheet for the day you need to close the course.
2. Click on the additional options icon highlighted below.
3. Click "Edit Timesheet"
4. Click on the Push Notifications drop down to open up the app messaging.
5. Click this dropdown to filter between notification pre-sets.
6. You'll then see a preview of the message.
7. You continue to populate the content by typing in this box.
8. That text will then also appear within the preview of the message.
9. The App message will be delivered to all app users in the Tee Sheet.
10. When ready to send you can click this button.
