Through Scottish Golf’s ongoing partnership with Players 1st – an industry leader when it comes to golf club surveys and membership insights – help is at hand.


For 2024, affiliated golf clubs can apply through Scottish Golf to obtain one of a limited number of discounted Players 1st platform licences which includes accompanying support from the Players 1st team.


The price for a year's subscription is just £99 - a £400 saving for clubs.

If a club understands its members’ needs and desires and takes these into account when looking to the future, then it can plan with greater certainty and confidence. 


Players 1st survey provides the club with a Net Promoter Score for every category which can be benchmarked against national averages. This invaluable tool ensures clubs are aware of exactly what members value and prioritise at their club. 


Players 1st offers a simple-to-use software package for golf clubs to survey its members, retain and recruit golfers and increase the club’s revenue by focusing on customer experience and loyalty.


Insights are generated through surveys and the results are displayed in a real-time dashboard.
