2\. Click "Categories"

3\. If you are trying to added a new membership category but are getting stick at this page, then you first need to select a membership category from the drop down.

4\. Click this dropdown.

5\. Select a membership category and then click on "New Category"

6\. You'll then be able to give the category a code and set up the membership category.
