How To Search & Add A Member In Clubhouse
If you are adding a member who has never been a member at another Golf Club then you can skip 4 & 5.
1. Navigate to https://live.clubhouse.scottishgolf.org/TabMembers.aspx
2. Make sure you are in the "Clubhouse" tab
3. Then click "Members" in the blue navigation and then the "New Member" button.
4. You can then use the "Previous Membership" field to search for existing golfers. You can type in their Scottish Golf ID or use their Surname, forename.
5. For example if you type "Hamilton, Stuart" this will produce all active players with this name. If you then know the players club then you can select them and add them to you system.
6. Clicking on the player will make sure that their current ID number is brought across into your platform.
7. Then you are required to complete the remaining email and Date of Birth fields before selecting a Club category.
8. Once ready to add the player you can then click "Submit".
