1. When creating a username for a new user please ensure this contains your Golf clubs name as an identifier. For example if I was setting someone called Stuart as a new user at Kotarana Golf Club then I would set their username as Kotaranastuart.
2. Please ensure you complete all fields.
3. A confirmation email will be sent to the specified email, this will be the final step in setting up their account. The email will allow that user to set a bespoke password for their account.
4. Tick the relevant access for that user and click on Save Changes when you are ready.
5. You will get a confirmation of the successful set up of the new account.
6. The user will receive an email that details their username and links directly to the platform to create a password for their account.
7. Clicking the link will take the user to the platform and give them ability to set a password.
8. Please note that your password must:
- Be at least 10 characters long
- Contain letters and numbers
- Contain Special Characters (@, !, %, & etc)
9. Click "Submit" to complete the process.
10. And you will then be given access to the platform. Remember to Bookmark the URL so that you can access the platform in future.
