Creating an Email Header using Canva
1. Please note there are lots of free software that can help you create email headers. We are using Canva in this example. Please be aware there is a paid verision onf Canva but you only need the Free version for this. Navigate to https://www.canva.com/
2. Click "Create a design"
3. Click Custom Size
4. Click the "Width" field and input the dimensions recommended from your DotGolf platform.
5. Click the "Height" field. Again, double check the recommended size from your DotGolf platform.
6. Click "Create new design"
7. You'll then be given the template to work from.
8. You can explore the different options available to you but for tutorial purposes I will create a header for Kotarana Golf Club. Click "Text"
9. Click "Add a text box"
10. Double-click "Your paragraph text" to highlight it.
11. Type your text and choose the correct size and font.
12. Click "Upload" and then "Upload files" to upload your logo or add an image.
13. Once its uploaded then you'll be able to place it into the header template.
14. Click and drag it to the appropriate place on your template.
15. With the logo in place you will now be able to use the colour scheme from the logo to customise your other elements.
16. Once you are happy with your final version you will be able to download this.
17. Click "Share" at the top right hand corner.
18. Click "Download"
19. Click "Download" again and this will begin to download on your computer.
