Create or Edit a Programme
1. Click on the "Participation" module
2. Click "Programmes"
3. You'll see your existing programmes here and be able to create a new programme by clicking on this button.
4. If you want to edit an existing programme then you can click this edit icon that is highlighted below.
5. You are then able to identify if the programme is aimed at Adults or at Kids.
6. You will then be able to select a special programme type to tag that event. This will make it easily findable for users searching for events. You can then put in your Programme name and description.
7. Please then detail your deliverer. Please remember that deliverers need to be added to Scottish Golf's central database for you to then select for your programmes.
8. You can then begin to edit the sessions dates and times.
9. Once you have chosen your dates, repeating day/s of the week and session time then you can generate or regenerate your timetable.
10. You will see your sessions populate in the time table below, you are able to remove individual sessions if there is a break in your coaching block.
11. Input the maximum number of participants and your registration cut off date
12. You can enable priority registration if you wish to offer sign ups first via a unique URL before it going public.
13. Enter the total programme cost for users to pay at time of booking.
14. Click "Save" or "Update Programme"
15. You will then see your programme within your programme dashboard. Clicking the link below will take you directly to the front facing page for your programme.
