Configuring your Membership categories

Configuring your Membership categories

You’ll need to configure your membership categories to ensure players have the correct playing rights when it comes to competitions and casual bookings. Firstly you will need to enter your current membership year within Clubhouse > Settings > Subscription Dates. You should do this regardless of whether you use the system for your annual subscriptions as it affects your membership categories.

Enter the current playing year and appropriate dates. Please note you will need to do this each year so feel free to populate the next couple of years as well.

Next thing your will need to do is configure your base subscription. Again you will need to do this even you don’t use the platform for your subscriptions. Go to Clubhouse > Settings > Subscription Line Items. You can keep the value as £0.00.

Now you are ready to configure each membership category within Clubhouse > Settings > Categories. Select the category from the drop down menu to start configuring individual categories or click New Category to create a membership category:

You will need to add the base subscription to each membership category (even if the value is still £0.00).

You can then control the playing rights for that membership category:

Please also explore the other options within your settings tab to ensure you’ve filled out including;   Your club contacts, Club Description,  Green Fee’s, and User Accounts.
