Adding a New Member
1. Navigate to https://live.clubhouse.scottishgolf.org/TabMembers.aspx
2. Click this button to add a new member.
3. You can then choose to assign a playing or non-playing membership category depending on the membership categories you have set up.
4. If you think the player may already have a scottish CDH number then you can search the WHS database here either using the players surname or CDH number.
5. Here is an example using an active CDH number to find a player to add to your system. Once the player is found, you can click on the correct player to pull through their record. Please note you will have to add their email and date of birth as this personal information is not shared across club platforms.
6. To start from New please type in their full name. Please use their full name and do not use initials as this is reflected across the entire WHS database.
7. Once you have completed all fields then you will be able to assign them the correct membership category.
8. Once complete click "Submit"
9. You'll then be taken to the players profile and you'll be able to see their new CDH/Membership Number.
