To add a member from England, Ireland or Wales to your clubs platform, you will need to search from them within your Clubhouse tab.

You will need to enter the players CDH number and select the country they are from. In this example I am looking for an English CDH number.

You can then add the member by clicking on them and completing the required fields.

Once you have added them to your platform you will be able to see they have been generated a Scottish Membership Number.

This is because they are a member within a Scottish Golf Club but it is linked to their English CDH record. We would recommend added the English CDH number to the Notes section of the Players profile so it can always be found like the example below.

Please note if a player was previously on your system then they may show their non-scottish CDH number on their profile. They should still be able to register for the App/Web with their English CDH number and access the same functionality.
