Abandoned Competition Guidance
In this situation whereby it was not possible for the field to complete the competition due to weather conditions, Rule 7.1b in the Rules of Handicapping helps out by stating that for those players who have not completed their round, but have completed the minimum number of holes for an acceptable 18 hole score (which is 10 holes), then a score should be posted for handicap purposes.
Then please see Rule 3.2 in the Rules booklet when a hole is not played, any players that completed 10 holes or more can have scores scaled up to an 18 hole value by applying net pars (instead of net double bogeys).
